Your donation allows us to connect people and create partnerships in our great city. We are currently funding legal pursuits against the city and advertising campaigns to get the word out to other owners in the R-4 and other legal zones designations.
Your donation will help fund outreach to other owners in the R-4 and legal zones to keep these owners aware of what the city is doing to their property rights and values as well as possible litigation against the City of Santa Barbara . Out alliance has formed partnerships with owners, planners, real estate brokers and attorneys in town that are actively working to protect these rights and will be challenging the city in court in the very near future.
